Turn Around Time (TaT)
Shipping
Orders under one pound are shipped USPS (United States Postal Service) First Class mail, you will receive tracking information in your email that you provided at checkout.
Orders over a pound will be shipped USPS Priority Mail and tracking information will be provided to your email. If you need to have special accommodations made for shipping please send an email to lunafindesigns@gmail.com.
Returns and Refunds
There will be no refunds or returns on customized works. If an item is damaged in transit please email lunafindesigns@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt and we will work to find a suitable solution for the situation. Items are packaged in boxes to prevent shipping issues.
Please be sure to check your shipping address at checkout as your items will be shipped to the address that is provided.
(Forced returns from the postal service will be considered a return without contact and will not be refunded and shipping will need to be paid by the buyer to receive their item.)
Refunds will be assessed on a per-order basis.
Please note that due to the handmade nature of the items there may be small imperfections, these will not impact the integrity of the piece.
